 It was something me,Cadance, Sunny, my sister Dawn Light  and my brother built for our mom and his aunt for summer sun celebration the 20th one . It was never launched and still sits in the royal airship hanger built into the side of Canterlot mountain.It used lots of advanced magics to make it. The building materials were some form metal and crystal. The idea behind it was it was to used as a ship of peace. I think we went a little over board  or over engineering it. It had many advance features to it. It has dual coaxial harmonic drives, A portal system that can open portals to anywhere on the planet delegates are given a beacon which allows them to open a portal to the ship, A replication system that uses harmonics to replicate any type of food the user wishes as each food has a harmonic signature. There is a database within the ships memory that allows for anything to be made. Several suites are built within the ship as it has three decks. Crew quarters is on the third deck,second deck comprises a meeting hall along with personal quarters for the delegates,first deck is open to the sky along with the bridge but for the most part the ship doesn't need to be steer as simple voice or thought commands can be given. The ship comes equipped with several defenses. First is the harmonic lance it fires harmonic energy in a multiphasic beam and a several stun lances, A multi phased harmonic shield with dual layers how it works is the shield rotates frequencies several times a second.

The heart of the ship is a literal heart that pumps magic through out the ship using liquid crystal. I modeled it after organic bodies. The ship main intelligence is is contained on the third deck it comprises a constantly shifting harmonic matrix latices rotating on several frequencies. The drive themselves work on the principle of changing the vibration of the ship so air flow and gravity have no effect on it which rotates through several variations. If it were needed said drives could allow space travel if the need arose. It has a built in automated self repair system as well which part of the body of the ship uses harmonic profile of the ship as a template and can repair the ship right to the exact specs using the vibration of the ship. a piece of the tree of harmony was used in its creation its tied to both the tree and twilights castle.   The Dwarven metal is interwoven with dwarven runes with in laid mithril interwoven within the metal lattices. Thanks to magical conversion its bigger inside than it appears on the outside.  Magical Conversion works by creating a separate dimensional space with the same construct using Hadar's conversion theory as a basis of the general Conversion from magic to crystal ratio. Allowing for a bleed off effect for the extra energy which is created. Special scoops had to be created within the in the crystalline Matrix of the ship The reasons behind the scoops are to prevent an energy cascade from happening. Its away of removing additional energy from building up. The added energy is sent to the converter to be repurposed into whatever energy the ship needs till then it held with in capacitor on the third deck.
