If you want something like enlightenment Just do it. Don't over think it as it far simpler than you might imagine.Look within yourself and feel the energy that surrounds you.Feel the vibration of said energy.now picture that energy as something more.Focus on that energy. Picture it becoming brighter soon it becomes a blinding star. Now feel the energy flow through you. As you are now one with the universe picture the universe in the palm of your hand feel the energy course through. See all planets and stars feel their energy radiate from within you. Now feel your vibration. You can feel it throbbing like a heart. Now with the understanding you have unlocked now picture yourself in all places and in all times past ,present,and future all exist at one point. You are that point. Feel the energy of all it surrounding you and binding with you. Look within yourself and you will understand the lesson. Everyone comes with a different understanding or truth. Maybe everything i say is utter nonsense but that is for you to decide
